Our Mission
- COMMUNICATE by sharing information across school library associations through virtual networks, social media and face-to-face meetings to inform and engage members of NESLA and the state associations.
- CONNECT by networking with school library and education leaders, strengthening connections with AASL, and connecting with legislators, Departments of Education, and other school library and technology associations.
- CONSULT by providing training in leadership, legislative initiatives, securing external funding, and mentoring new school librarians
- COLLABORATE by partnering with library, educational associations, and social justice organizations within and outside the New England region, conduct regional think tanks, and leverage purchasing power for school librarians.
